ENGINEERING SERVICES
More than an electrode supplier, we are your welding engineering partner. From design to process optimization.
Custom Design
"From napkin to CAD"
Do you have a worn electrode without drawings? An idea on a napkin? A welding problem with no apparent solution? We make it reality.
- β Reverse engineering of existing electrodes
- β Design from scratch based on your application
- β Technical drawings in DWG/PDF format
- β Optimization of existing geometries
- β Proper RWMA material selection
Precision Metrology
Β±0.0007" tolerance
Every electrode we manufacture goes through dimensional control with calibrated metrology equipment. We guarantee the precision your process requires.
- β Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- β Dimensional reports included
- β Lot traceability
- β Calibration per NIST standards
- β Tolerances from Β±0.0007"
Sample Program
Try before you commit
Not sure which material to use? Want to test a new design? Our sample program allows you to validate before ordering in volume.
- β Samples at reduced cost
- β RWMA material comparison
- β Technical support during testing
- β Design adjustments at no cost

Frequently Asked Questions about Services
How long does a custom design take?
For simple designs, 1-2 days. Complex designs with reverse engineering can take up to 1 week. Subsequent manufacturing depends on complexity and quantity.
Can I send a worn electrode for you to replicate?
Yes, it's one of our most requested services. We perform reverse engineering, generate the drawing and manufacture exact or improved replicas.
What information do you need to quote?
Ideally a drawing with dimensions, desired material and quantity. If you don't have a drawing, a physical sample, photos with scale, or even a sketch helps us get started.
Do you have minimum orders?
For custom designs there is no minimum - we manufacture from 1 piece. For regular production, minimums vary depending on material and complexity.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we guarantee that every electrode meets the agreed specifications. If there is any manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost.
Can you visit my plant?
Yes, we offer technical visits in the Monterrey metropolitan area and northern Mexican states to evaluate applications and propose solutions.
