APPLICATION NOTE: Class 1 is specifically recommended for galvanized steel welding where high conductivity (80% IACS) helps dissipate heat rapidly, keeping electrode face temperature below the zinc-copper alloying point (~420C). This significantly reduces sticking and material build-up.
